(S) Strength

Private Lesson 5yrs +

$100 for one individual session or $300 for 4 sessions, 1 scheduled session a week. $540 for 8 sessions per player, 2 scheduled sessions a week. Each session will last 1hr long. Cancellations must take place no later than 12 hrs before session.

Skills, Fitness & Coordination Training for 2 Players +

$50 for a drop-in per player or $170 for 4 sessions per player, 1 scheduled session a week or $310 for 8 sessions scheduled once a week. Cancellations must take place no later than 12 hrs before session.

Skills, Fitness & Coordination Training for 2 Players +

$50 for a drop-in per player or $280 for 8 sessions per player, 2 scheduled sessions a week. $500 for 16 sessions, 2 scheduled sessions a week per player. Each session will last 1hr long. Cancellations must take place no later than 12 hrs before session.

Team Coaching

$350 per player for 1 scheduled practice session and scheduled Games on the weekend, for the season. $500 per player for 2 scheduled practices a week and 1 scheduled Games on the weekend. Each session is 1hr. Cancellations must take place 12 hrs before scheduled appointment.
